Announcing a new Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Expert certification

We have great news for functional consultants with advanced skills, senior or principal functional consultants for Microsoft partners, and expert IT professionals, developers, or information workers. The new Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Expert certification is now available. This certification aligns closely with real-world roles in the field today and gives functional consultants who manage the supply chain an upward certification path.

To earn this certification, you must pass Exam MB-335: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Expert. Prerequisites for the certification also include passing Exam MB-330: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant.

Why we’re making these changes

Supply chain management certifications are moving to a single track, which better validates career growth in these roles and the fast-paced change of technology and job requirements today. As a result of this updated alignment with the market, we’re retiring Exam MB-320: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing on December 31, 2022.

However, if you’ve already passed Exam MB-320 (or if you earn it before December 31, 2022), you can still use it toward your requirement for Exam MB-700: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect until December 31, 2023. Note that new Exam MB-335 will not be a prerequisite on the Exam MB-700 expert path.

  • Functional consultants or associate functional consultants. Earn an associate certification by passing Exam MB-300 and Exam MB-330.
