Introducing the new Microsoft Teams Support Engineer Associate certification
New certification: Microsoft Teams Support Engineer Associate
We’re eager to share the good news with you that we’re launching a customer service and support (CSS) certification for a new job role: support engineer. To earn this certification, candidates need to take Exam MS-740: Troubleshooting Microsoft Teams (beta). Because the exam is still in beta, we invite you to participate in our beta exam process.
