Get Started with Microsoft Viva Goals

Microsoft Viva—an employee experience platform that brings together communications, knowledge, learning, resources, and insights in the flow of work—fosters a culture that empowers people and teams to be their best from anywhere. Microsoft Viva Goals is a goal-setting and management solution that aligns teams with their organization’s strategic priorities to drive business results with objectives and key results (OKRs).
Our new Get Started with Microsoft Viva Goals learning path features three modules that cover the OKR framework, how to write great OKRs, and how to use the Viva Goals software to create, track and close your OKRs:
Learn OKR essentials with Viva Goals
- In this module, you will learn the key components of OKRs, their framework, and the benefits they provide to users in various roles.
Write effective OKRs with Viva Goals
- This module covers the necessary elements for writing compelling OKRs with guidance for how to define, write, and edit your OKRs with the aid of a framework.
Create, track, and close your OKRs with Viva Goals
- In this module, you will learn how to navigate your way around Viva Goals and understand how Objectives, Key Results and Projects align within Viva Goals.

Exam MS-100: Microsoft 365 Identity and Services
We recently updated the content in Exam MS-100: Microsoft 365 Identity and Services. Candidates for this exam are Microsoft 365 enterprise administrators who take part in evaluating, planning, migrating, deploying, and managing Microsoft 365 services.
